30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be returned in the condition it was received
• The item must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)


Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees (including original shipping charges) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@roxein.com with:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@roxein.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review each case individually and work with you to reach a satisfactory solution.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items showing excessive wear or damage not caused during delivery
